Team Delta: your source for high-quality robot parts, books, and information. |

Microbotparts.com: miniature radio receivers and other unique parts designed for maximum function with minimum size and weight. |
|
Sherline Miniature Machine Tools: Mr. Tentacle's Choice for bot building. |
|
McMaster-Carr Industrial Supply: if McMaster doesn't have it, you
probably don't need it. Everything for the robot builder (or any
kind of builder, for that matter.)
|
|
|
Grainger: Grainger is strictly wholesale, which means you need to
be a business to buy from them. A state tax ID or business license
or a check with the business' name on it are enough to convince Grainger
to open an account for you. Grainger stocks some items
that McMaster does not, and has local over-the-counter sales locations in
most cities of any size.
|
|
Stock Drive Products: a cornucopia of drive train parts, primarily
timing belts and pulleys, small gears, and couplings of various
kinds. On-line ordering is very limited, order their catalogs and
order by phone. SDP-SI has manufacturers reps in many cities,
so ordering can be a local call to a local business.

components (resistors, ICs, LEDs etc) in volume and at excellent prices.
|
|
| All Electronics |
All Electronics is another electronics surplus dealer well worth checking
out.
|
| Jameco Electronics |
Jameco is a "full service" electronics distributor. Good
prices and great service. Discounts available for Robotics
Society of America members.
|
| Newark Electronics |
Full-service Electronics distributor. Newark is one of the largest
electronics distributors in the country. Their catalog is truly
vast, and pretty much required if you are doing to do much ordering.
|
| Digi-Key |
Fuill-service electronics distributor. Like Newark, you need the
catalog to order, the web site is not set up for browsing.
